colds & flu...what really gets up your nose!
Winter is here! and so along with the roaring fires, snuggly duvets and general festivities that accompany the darkest time of the year, you might be getting an extra present.
Perhaps from that guy who sneezed on the bus in front of you, or your classmate, or a member of your family who got it from work, yes you might get a URT virus!!
That's not something to do with a computer by the way - we are talking a COLD, or worse, the colds bigger and nastier sister, the FLU.
We asked the BBC radio's resident medical man Dr Graham Easton to give us a run down on feeling run down and he came up trumps with a hanky full of facts about what really gets up your nose....
