Weather National Hurricane Centre A US web site focuses mostly on hurricanes in the USA but has lots of images and a great FAQ section http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/ How hurricanes work Eight pages all about hurricanes, how they are formed, parts of a hurricane, size and location of hurricanes and the damage caused by them. It also includes links to information about tornados and other weather pages.
