Please note, before you set off on the project, that YOU are responsible for the growing process, and your products and ideas for the mint you grow. NESTA is not responsible for any mishap that may occur due to you doing the Making A Mint project.

For example:

If you poison anyone with a mint based food product, if anyone slips up on a mint plant and hurts themselves, if anyone is horribly allergic to mint (do check), if anyone comes up in a rash because of your mint product, if you lose all the money someone has invested in your mint idea, if your cat eats the mint and goes crazy and rips your curtains which have to be replaced, or anything else bad happens, NESTA cannot accept responsibility.
